Q8 International in Kuwait is looking for experienced and talented Program Manager having 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Education training and library.
Job Responsibilities Include
1) Schedules courses for assigned programs in all appropriate delivery modes and coordinates with other colleges for non-SoE courses; works with assigned Program Director(s) to assign instructors, coordinates room assignments and make needed adjustments.
2) Assists in the hiring, supervision, and development of adjunct faculty.
3) Directs textbook ordering, syllabi development and distribution.
4) Reviews course evaluations and recommends performance improvement to assigned Program Director(s).
5) Reviews student application materials of candidates for assigned Programs, makes admissions decisions, facilitates acceptance and enrollment of candidate into courses and provides candidates with initial and updated program of study through program or degree completion as appropriate.
6) Provides ongoing academic advising for students in assigned Programs as needed in coordination with appropriate advisors throughout the University.
7) Provides advocacy for students to promote student retention and success.
8) In collaboration with assigned Program Director(s) & Marketing office, assists in the development of strategic branding plans, ensures website and marketing materials are up-to-date and participates in information sessions to recruit students.
