Description:
- Review the legal memoranda concerned with motor compensation and cases, participate in the assessment and approval of disbursement of compensation through discussion with department manager.
- Operational and technical management of a dedicated recovery team.
- Monitor and develop recovery processes to ensure consistent accuracy and promptness of recoveries is achieved.
- To ensure effective the Recovery team processes through enable consistent, accurate and prompt recovery of all recoverable first party and third party losses.
- Ability to identify Recovery/Third Party Liability, Negotiation of settlement on Recovery/Third Party. Review merits of an accident; respond to letters of demand and final notices to third parties.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients with a combination of cover, service, and value for money.
- Studying complicated recovery files and preparing matters for transfer to attorneys.
- Preparing and sending the insurance quotations for clients/companies.
- Attend meetings of the concerned insurance companies to finalize recovery matters.
- Prepare periodical reports on the achievements of recovery team.
- Ensure a good inter-department working relationship is maintained.
