Description:
- Responsible for all graphics and art in proposal volumes.
- Visualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of graphic and/or illustrative material, from simple to complex (i.e., graphic elements, proposal cover sheets, etc.).
- Design tailored collateral in conjunction with the proposal (i.e., pre- and post-proposal and presentation postcards, presentations and elements, presentation boards and placemats, etc.).
- May design multi-media collateral as needed (on-screen presentations, etc.).
- Conceptualize selling messages within the context of proposal guidelines.
- Develops interpretive themes that convey ideas and information.
- Creates graphics that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint, and similar visual impressions.
- Implements innovative, modern and cutting edge designs.
- Develops clean, modern design philosophies.
- Works with subject matter experts, sales team, and proposal team to understand content and key messaging in order to develop appropriate graphics
- May provide computer graphic services for web artwork.
- May also coordinate production of materials through in-house resources or outside vendors including gathering printing bids, development of print-ready artwork, preparing production specifications, and selecting appropriate production media and materials.
- Responsible for specific content, including selected text, tables and graphics either in all or in designated volume(s) or section(s) of a proposal.
- Maintain all inbound, outbound, final and draft graphics and art.
- Maintain repository of all graphics and art, accessible by proposal team; responsible for version control.
- Maintain files, naming conventions, templates,
samples inventory and stock art.
- Select/maintain proposal color palette and ensure all graphics and art are designed to meet color palette criteria.
- Maintains compliance with requirements, client requirements (e.g. procurement process), and sales methodology.
- Collaborates with the Proposal Manager to develop tailored graphics and other collateral for proposals and presentations.
- Responsible for electronic publishing of specific versions or proposal volumes as designated by Proposal Manager.
- Assist with electronic publishing for all required material including requirements, status reports and quality reviews including book check and other quality control activities..
- Responsible for securing proposal artifacts at all times.
- Manage resources and coordinates action items from internal review.
- Support Proposal Manager in preparation for corporate and team reviews.
- Interface with Campaign Lead, Marketing, Legal & Commercial, Contracts, Pricing, Editorial and Subject Matter Experts, as necessary.
- Stays current in the graphic design and commercial real estate industry including identifying new traits, techniques, and shortcuts; conducts research to increase knowledge of clients\' businesses
- Meets established deadlines.
