Job Description

Responsible the packaging schedule estimation and planning in order to ensure smooth and efficient operation of packaging team not limited to implement SOP for all product packaging related processes/procedures

Connect and coordinate with different departments, business units in any packaging project and initiative.

Study production order/flow to set up bill of materials (BOM) in ERP.

Work with R&D team to understand packaging specification, and communicate packaging specs to the packaging team leaders / workers Inspect quality of the semi-finished and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.

Prepare regular statistics reports and handle ad hoc assignments.

Job Description

• Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image.
• Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results.
• Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best.
• Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing.
• Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations.
