Required Senior Brand Manager in Kuwait

Job Description

Leads brand team that builds strategic, long range and differentiated brand plans for assigned Owned Brands. Responsible for overall Owned Brands sales and profit development through category, market, and trend knowledge and application. Responsible for providing recommendations to meet and exceed Company, Division, and individual targets for sales and profit through working with key stakeholders in multiple global markets. 

Job Responsibilities 

Directs portfolio of brands within assigned categories to create consumer led brand vision that includes setting brand guardrails and leading brand management team who work cross functionally to maintain ongoing compliance.

Inspire, lead and motivate a team of high performing team of Brand Managers and Associate Brand Managers (depending on brand portfolio)  by managing processes to ensure that the team is as effective as possible to meet business goals.

Act as primary brand lead for all brand development and associated product development guidance, gaining alignment across the global organization.

Develops product concepts leveraging consumer insights, understanding of gaps in market or portfolio, and unmet needs.

Set brand consumer communication guidelines to align with marketing the best brand development tactics.

Collaborates with Marketing to develop annual brand promotional plans for the assigned brand and works with the appropriate product development and category managers to ensure the brand achieves appropriate promotional exposure.
