Job Description:
•Responsible for all key account relationship in the assigned territory
•Implement and executes the sales plans and strategies to grow the territory by building long term customer relationships within commercial, institutional.
•Develop and implement a profitable and geographically comprehensive prospecting initiative, targeting high potential customers.
•Maintains continuous communication and follow-up with key account customers, taking responsibility for follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction
•Establishes and expands customer relations to meet customer needs. •Prepares and maintains field sales records, reports and customer forecasts.
•Participates in forecasting and market analysis by collecting and communicating general economic, industry and competitive information.
•Identifies, evaluates and develops opportunities with existing and potential customers.
•On a daily basis, builds relationships with multiple customers within an account, and keeps them informed of new services.
•Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
•Carries out company goals, objectives, and special assignments, as requested.
•Required to maintain and develop a profitable and sustainable portfolio of accounts via face to face account management while securing new commercial business.
•Exploring and developing new opportunities with the current and potential customer base.
•Create and maintain an up to date knowledge of competitor activity and developments.
