Essential Functions:
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.
- Performs collection activities as required
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame
- Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
- ·Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Required Education and Experience
- Should have Bachelor degree
- Minimum two years prior sales experience typically preferre
- B2B Sales or corporate sales experience will be added advantage
